Ice cream with orange and chocolate

Well the secret lies in the quality of the chocolate chocolate. Buy pure cocoa powder, dark chocolate with at least 70% solid. Use good quality, taste the bitter taste of cocoa powder, drinking chocolate. You will have such a strong chocolate ice cream, a little can go a long way.

One scoop is the perfect after dinner and due to the slightly bitter taste of children would be likely to keep their fingers out of the tub. Coarse grafted by adding chocolate, though fumbled it change recipes. Chocolate, broken cookies or brownies make a very good complement.

Required-the ice cream maker.
Grated rind and 4 orange juice
125 g sugar

1ltr milk

100 g good quality cocoa powder
25 g glucose syrup

Outside the 300 g bitter chocolate, cocoa, at least 70%
Orange juice and bring to boil, simmer until you have about 3-4 tablespoons, then add warm, remove from the heat and leave to inject. Milk, sugar, sugar, and cocoa powder and bring to boil, stirring occasionally to ensure that the sugar has melted.


Chocolate and stir until all the chocolate has melted, then stir in lime juice and passion. Gelato machine up left--before it will be ready for immediate service, but obviously put some in a tub in the freezer and save it for later treatment.
